Envirogreen was founded by Ron Cowley, an economist with a master’s degree in economics and a bachelor’s degree in accounting. The company has existed for about 10 years and was established as a continuation of providing services to businesses within the framework of various government ministries. The company’s focus is on the financial-business field, providing corporations and businesses with tools and insights to navigate uncertain environments, whether they are selling a business, recruiting additional investors, or seeking to achieve business goals.
We are a boutique company that does not work in the format of large accounting firms that employ many employees and where the client is absorbed in a variety of projects managed by them, but rather places each client at the spotlight of fulfilling their needs or aspirations through professional teams in various fields such as marketing, finance, and operations.
We provide a professional response to companies that need to evaluate their value before recruiting investors, fundraising, and even selling the company in practice, including marketing and business brokerage.
To achieve optimal results, our company invests in studying each business on its own merits, performing a thorough analysis of its financial reports by using economic and statistical models. This enables us to assess risk, recruit investors, sell the company, or raise funds.
