Data Collection
(“Policy”) describes what personal data is collected by the business. (“Company”, “we” or “Envirogreen”), how we use
such personal information, the choices you have regarding personal information and other important information.
We keep your personal information private and confidential. We will not sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose your
personal information to anyone, except as necessary to provide Envirogreen’s services or as otherwise described in this
Policy.
Use of Personal Information
This Policy applies to the Company’s collection, use and disclosure of the personal information of the following
categories of individuals, or business entities.
Site Visitors
Individuals who visit Envirogreen’s websites may provide certain contact information (such as their email address) to
receive notifications from the Company. For the purposes of this Policy, “Websites” shall refer collectively to
Envirogreen Company. In addition, other websites owned by Envirogreen Company are linked to this Policy. For the sake
of clarity, “Websites” shall not include any websites owned or operated by Envirogreen’s customers.
Customers
Those who register themselves or on behalf of an entity or organisation to use any of the Company’s Services. (as defined
below), including administrators of a customer account. For the purposes of this Policy, “Services” shall refer to all
products or service offerings offered by the Company.
End Users
Individuals who visit Envirogreen’s customer websites and whose information we process to provide the Services to our
customers in accordance with Envirogreen’s agreements with them.
Attendees
Individuals who provide their information to Envirogreen when they attend or register to attend Company-sponsored
events or other events in which the Company participates.
This Policy does not apply to the websites of Envirogreen’s customers. Envirogreen, which may have its own terms and
privacy policies. Envirogreen’s customers are solely responsible for establishing policies and ensuring compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to the collection of personal information in connection with the
use of Envirogreen’s services by end users with whom Envirogreen’s customers interact.
Privacy Policy under Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law
In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law, we are obliged to inform you of your rights regarding
the use of personal information provided to us, as well as the terms and conditions of use of this information.
Your consent to the use of personal information
You must provide your express consent to the use of personal information for marketing or advertising purposes
regarding products other or different from those for which you requested information and which were offered to you as
part of your contact with us. Therefore, if we have not been given your express consent to use personal information for
marketing and advertising of different products as aforesaid, it will not be used for these purposes.
Right Review and correct personal information
According to Amendment 13 to the Law, you have the right to review the personal information we hold and request that it
be corrected if it is incorrect, incomplete or out of date.
Right to request erasure
The customer has the right to request the erasure of personal information if the information is not necessary for the
purposes for which it was collected or if you are convinced that the use of the information does not meet the requirements
of the law.
Restrictions on the use of personal information for marketing purposes
According to the law, you have the right to stop the use of your information for marketing purposes, in particular the
receipt of advertising material and marketing communications. If you choose to do so, we will ensure that no further
advertisements are sent to you.
Conditions for the transfer of personal information to third parties
We will not transfer personal information to third parties unless we are obliged to do so by law or in cases where you
have expressly consented to this. Any sharing of information will be done in accordance with the conditions listed in this
Privacy Policy.
Note to minors
We do not knowingly collect or request personal information from anyone under the age of consent (as determined by
applicable laws where the individual resides; the “Age of Consent”). By accessing, using or interacting with the
Envirogreen Sites or Services, you represent to us that you are not under the age of consent. In the event that we become
aware that we have collected personal information from an individual under the age of consent without verification of
parental consent, such information will be deleted upon disclosure. If you believe that we may have any information from
or about an individual under the age of consent, please contact us using the contact information available below.
Contents of Information Collected
Site Visitors
Name, email address and other contact information. We request, and, at your option, collect your contact information
(such as name and email address) when you submit web forms on Envirogreen Sites, including opportunities to register
and to agree to receive email communications from us. We may also request that you submit such personal information if
you choose to use interactive features of the Sites, including participating in surveys, requesting customer support, or
engaging in Other communications with us. We will send such notices as required by law.
Log Files. Just as you visit and interact with most websites and services provided over the Internet, when you visit
Envirogreen websites, we collect certain information and store it in log files. This information may include, but is not
limited to, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, system configuration information, referring page URLs, and locale and
language preferences.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. We may use cookies and other technologies to collect information for a
variety of purposes, such as providing us with information about how you interact with Envirogreen websites and
assisting us with Envirogreen’s marketing efforts. You can control how websites use cookies by adjusting your browser’s
privacy settings (please refer to your browser’s help function to learn more about cookie controls). Please note that if you
completely disable cookies, the Company’s websites may not function properly. We may also use cookies and similar
technologies to serve you advertising on third-party websites based on your browsing activities and interests.
When you visit or access Envirogreen websites (including when you interact with Envirogreen’s embedded elements), we
use (and allow third parties to use) web beacons, cookies, pixel tags, scripts, tags and other technologies (“Tracking
Technologies”).
These tracking technologies allow us and third parties to automatically collect information about you (such as your IP
address, unique device identifiers, and your online behaviour) in order to improve your navigation of the Envirogreen
Sites, improve the performance of the Envirogreen Sites, and personalise your experience on the Envirogreen Sites, as
well as for behavioural advertising and fraud prevention purposes. We also use this information to compile statistics about
the use of the Envirogreen Sites, perform analytics, provide content tailored to your interests, and administer services to
Envirogreen users, advertisers, publishers, customers, and partners.
Interactive Areas. The Sites may offer publicly accessible blogs, community forums, comment sections, discussion
forums, or other interactive features (“Interactive Areas”). If you choose to participate in one of these Interactive Areas,
please be aware that any information you post in an Interactive Area may be read, collected, and used by others who
access it.
Event Participation
We may ask to collect personal information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address when you
register for or attend a sponsored event or other events in which the Company (and/or its representatives) are
participating.
Legal Basis for Processing (EEA Only)
If you are an individual from the European Economic Area (EEA), please note that Envirogreen’s legal basis for
collecting and using your personal information will depend on the personal information collected and the specific context
in which we collect it. We generally collect personal information from you only where: (a) we have your consent to do so,
(b) where we need your personal information to perform a contract with you (e.g. to provide the Company services you
have requested), (c) where the processing is in Envirogreen’s legitimate interests; or (d) where we are required to collect,
retain or share such information under applicable law.
In some cases, we may need the personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person.
Where we rely on your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw or object to that consent at
any time. Where we rely on Envirogreen’s legitimate interests to process your personal data, you have the right to object.

How we use the information
The Company processes personal information only in a manner that is compatible with and relevant to the purpose for
which it was collected or authorised. Generally, for all categories of data we collect, we may use the information we
collect (including personal information, to the extent applicable) to:
a. Provide, operate, maintain, improve and promote the Site and Services
b. Enable you to access and use the Site and Services
c. To process and complete transactions, and send you related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices
d. To send you transactional communications, including responses to your comments, questions and requests; to provide
customer service and support; and to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative
messages
e. To send you commercial communications, in accordance with your communication preferences, such as providing you
with information about products and services, features, surveys, newsletters, offers, promotions, contests and events about
our partners and us; and to send you news or other information about our partners and us. See Section 8 below for

I. Process for other purposes for which we obtain your consent.
We may combine information we collect as described above with personal information we receive from third parties. For
example, we may combine information enters a Company sales submission form with information we receive from a
third-party sales intelligence platform provider to improve our ability to market Envirogreen’s services to customers or
potential customers.
Interest-Based Advertising and User Choice
Through the Envirogreen Sites and Services, we may deliver advertisements tailored to you, including ads based on your
recent browsing behaviour across different sites, browsers, or devices.
In order to target advertisements to you for products and services that may be of interest to you, we, as well as certain
third parties, may use tracking technologies to serve advertisements based on your visits to the Sites, to target
advertisements to you for products and services that may be of interest to you, and to measure the effectiveness of the ads.
These tracking technologies are governed by each third party’s specific privacy policy, not this one.
You can turn off certain third-party tracking technologies used for behavioural advertising purposes by visiting the
Network Advertising Initiative, the DAA Opt-Out Program, or the EDAA Consumer Choice page (if you reside in the
European Union). Please note that some tracking technologies operate at the device and browser levels; therefore, to fully
opt out across devices, you must do so on each device and browser separately.
Sharing Personal Information
We engage other companies that assist us in operating Envirogreen’s business (“Service Providers”). These companies
provide services to help us store information (such as cloud storage companies), provide customer support, process credit
card payments, monitor and analyse the performance of Envirogreen’s services and websites, manage and communicate
with existing Envirogreen customers, as well as sales, provide marketing support, provide fraud prevention services, and
otherwise operate and improve Envirogreen’s services. These service providers may process personal information only in
accordance with Envirogreen’s instructions and with this Privacy Policy and other applicable confidentiality and security
measures and regulations.
Specifically, we do not permit Envirogreen’s service providers to use any personal information we share with them for
their own marketing purposes or for any purpose other than in connection with the services they provide to us.
In addition to sharing with service providers as described above, we may also share your information with others in the
following circumstances:
a. With other subsidiaries or affiliates of Envirogreen.
b. With Envirogreen’s resellers and other sales partners who may help us distribute the Services to customers
c. In the event of a merger, sale, change in control or reorganisation of any Envirogreen portion of the Envirogreen
business
d. When we are required to disclose personal information to respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process, or to
establish or exercise Envirogreen’s legal rights or defend against legal claims
e. When we have a good faith belief that it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities,
suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Envirogreen
Service Agreement, or as otherwise required to comply with Envirogreen’s legal obligations; or as you may otherwise
agree to from time to time.
International Transfer of Information
Please note that Envirogreen’s businesses, as well as Envirogreen’s trusted partners and service providers, are located
around the world. Any information we collect (including your Personal Information) is stored and processed in various
jurisdictions around the world (including in the United States), for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Please note
that some of the recipients of the data may be located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). In such cases, we
will transfer your data only to countries approved by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data
protection, or we will enter into legal agreements that ensure such protection.
Whenever the Company shares personal information originating in the EEA or Switzerland with a Company entity
outside the EEA or Switzerland, it will do so under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the Privacy Shield
Framework.
Data Subject Rights
Site Visitors, Participants and Customers: If you reside in the European Union (or another jurisdiction that grants you the
rights below), you may request:
a. To obtain confirmation as to whether personal information concerning you is being processed, with access to your
stored personal information, together with certain supplementary information.
b. To receive personal information that you directly provide to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable
format.
c. To request rectification of your personal information that we control.
d. To request erasure of your personal information.
e. Object to our processing of your personal information.
F. Request to restrict our processing of your personal information.
However, please note that these rights are not absolute and may be subject to Envirogreen’s legitimate interests and
Envirogreen’s regulatory requirements. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to operate the Envirogreen Sites or provide services.
We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with Envirogreen’s legal obligations, resolve disputes
and enforce Envirogreen’s policies. Retention periods will be determined based on the type of information collected and
the purpose for which it was collected, in accordance with applicable requirements and the need to destroy outdated and
unused information at the earliest reasonable opportunity.
Data Security
We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help prevent unauthorised access to, use of, or
disclosure of your personal information.
While we strive to protect your information and keep it confidential, we cannot guarantee its security. You should be
aware that there is always some risk in transmitting information over the Internet, and that there is also a risk that others
may circumvent Envirogreen’s security systems. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we
cannot guarantee or warrant the security and privacy of your personal information or other content that you transmit
through the Services or Sites, and you do so at your own risk. Therefore, we encourage you to exercise discretion
regarding the personal information you choose to disclose.
Changes to Envirogreen’s Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, so please check this page frequently. We will provide notice of
material changes to this Privacy Policy via the Envirogreen website, or we will send you an email regarding such changes
to the email address you voluntarily provided (if you have volunteered it). Such material changes will be effective seven
(7) days after such notice is provided by any of the methods listed above. Otherwise, all other changes to this Policy will
be effective on the “Last Updated” date indicated, and your continued use of the Sites or Services after the last revised
date will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, such changes.
Business Transactions
We may assign or transfer this Policy, as well as information covered by this Policy, in the event of a merger, sale, change
in control, or reorganisation of Envirogreen.
